How do I join Cocoa Crate?

You join Cocoa Crate at www.CocoaCrate.com and subscribe to one of our monthly subscription services.  We have 1 Month, 3 Month, 6 Month, and 12 Month options.

I just signed up for a Cocoa Crate subscription — what will I receive?

Each month you will receive a package delivered to your home with handcrafted chocolates!  These chocolates vary month to month, based on what our Chocolatier creates for you.  Typically, you will receive 2 varieties of tumbled chocolates, chocolate bars, chocolate barks, 6 premium truffles, chocolate caramels, chocolate enrobed cookies, and a few other items that are unique to Cocoa Crate.  The flavors change month to month, and the products may change as well.  It is really up to what our chocolatier creates for you each month!

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

From the day you place your order your package should arrive within 2 weeks.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Shipping is free, and we traditionally ship 1 or 2nd day so chocolates arrive fresh to you!  However, we need time to craft these chocolates, so 2 weeks from first order is typical.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major Credit cards.

How do I update my payment method?

Updating your payment method is easy and can be taken care of through your online Cocoa Crate account.

  1. Navigate to https://cocoacrate.com/my-account/. You can also find this link in the footer.
  2. If you aren’t already signed in, do so now.
  3. Once signed in, scroll down and click on your most recent order #.
  4. In the ‘Related Subscriptions’ section, click the orange VIEW button on the subscription in question.
  5. Find the orange ‘Change Payment’ button and click it.
  6. Update your credit card information on this screen, then click ‘Change Payment Method’ button when you are complete.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How Do Refunds Work?

If you did not receive your order or your shipment was damaged, it must be disputed within 3 business days of shipment tracking reflecting delivery to qualify for a refund. Free and promotional items are not eligible for refund or replacement. Cocoa Crate is not liable for items damaged or stolen if left outside and not retrieved immediately by recipient. As Cocoa Crate products are food, items cannot be returned for a refund.

Where Does Cocoa Crate Ship?

Currently, we ship Cocoa Crate within the 48 contiguous United States. If you are outside of this range, but interested in Cocoa Crate, please contact us and let us know. The more folks in your area who want it, the quicker we will get to you!

How do I Cancel My Subscription?

If there was a problem with one of your deliveries, we will do everything we can to make it right. If you’d like to let us try and resolve an issue you had, please send us a message through the Contact Page. If you just want to stop getting Cocoa Crate, click here to cancel your subscription.

Can I Print A Gift Voucher?

Absolutely! If you ordered someone a Cocoa Crate gift, we recommend printing a voucher to deliver to them as a gift as they await their first delivery! You can find the printable gift cards here:
